Amazing Africa’s Future Factory offers recent graduates the chance to explore the world of tourism through a structured, hands-on internship. Participants rotate through departments, gaining real insight into how the industry works while discovering where their strengths and passions lie.

By the end of the programme, each candidate has a solid foundation, practical experience, and a clear sense of direction. Those who successfully complete the internship are offered positions, with real opportunities to grow and build a meaningful career within Amazing Africa.
